    Neon-helium refining equipment and technology are industrial apparatus and processes used for extracting and purifying neon (Ne) and helium (He) gases from various raw materials. Neon and helium are both rare gases with unique physical and chemical properties, widely used in scientific research, medical, and industrial production fields. Here are some key information about neon-helium refining equipment and processes:

    Extraction Methods: The extraction methods for neon and helium include absorption methods, low-temperature condensation methods, synthetic ammonia methods, and air methods, etc. The absorption method utilizes the low boiling point of helium gas to separate other components in natural gas through an absorption solvent. The low-temperature condensation method is currently widely adopted, which concentrates and pre-separates neon-helium gas through low temperatures.

    Process Flow: The process flow of neon-helium extraction equipment usually includes sub-process modules such as oxygen addition for hydrogen removal, low-temperature nitrogen removal, and low-temperature separation. First, raw gas containing neon and helium is extracted from the distillation tower of the air separation equipment, then oxygen is added for hydrogen removal, cooled and separated for dehydration, and pressurized for drying treatment to deeply remove impurities such as oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon monoxide. Next, most of the nitrogen is condensed and separated under negative pressure liquid nitrogen temperature, and the remaining nitrogen is removed by low-temperature activated carbon adsorption to obtain a high-purity neon-helium mixed gas. Finally, fractional distillation is carried out at extremely low temperatures to obtain neon and helium with extremely high purity.
