Liquefied Natural Gas Transport Vehicle for Ceramics and Glass
Product Details
The ceramic production process requires the use of high temperature kiln for sintering and firing. LNG has gradually become the main fuel for kilns because of its high calorific value and clean combustion characteristics. Because there is almost no sulfide and dust emissions after LNG combustion, the pollution of ceramic products is reduced and the quality of products is improved. At the same time, the stable combustion and high thermal efficiency of LNG help to achieve precise temperature control and improve the stability of the production process.
In glass production, LNG is also used as a high-temperature fuel to melt raw materials in glass furnaces because of its high calorific value, stability and clean combustion characteristics. The carbon dioxide and water vapor produced after the combustion of LNG have less impact on the quality of the glass, reduce the mixture of impurities, and improve the transparency and purity of the glass products. At the same time, the heat generated by LNG combustion is evenly distributed, which helps to control the temperature gradient during the glass melting process and reduce defects such as bubbles and streaks.
