Liquefied Natural Gas Transport Vehicle for LNG Gas Station
Product Description
LNG Gas Stations are facilities that provide refueling for LNG vehicles such as LNG heavy trucks and buses. With the wide application of LNG as a clean energy, the construction of filling stations is also increasing. The components of the refueling station include LNG storage tanks, refueling machines, pipelines and valves and safety systems.
LNG tanks are generally used to store liquefied natural gas unloaded from LNG tankers. Through pipes and valves, storage tanks, fueling machines and other equipment are connected to ensure the smooth delivery of LNG. Some filling stations may also be equipped with gasifiers to gasify LNG into CNG (compressed natural gas) for vehicle use. In addition, the safety system, including leakage detection, emergency cut-off, fire alarm and other systems, ensure the safe operation of the filling station.
LNG tankers are vehicles specifically designed to transport liquefied natural gas. Since LNG remains liquid at extremely low temperatures (about -162°C), LNG tankers must have good insulation properties and safety measures.
Fullcryo LNG tankers usually have a muti-layer vacuum insulation structure to reduce heat transfer and prevent LNG evaporation. The sandwich of the tank is filled with insulation material. Safety devices are equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, level gauges and other equipment to ensure safety during transportation.
