Nitrogen Making System For Cylinders Filling
Product Description
Nitrogen is normally a colorless, odorless gas that makes up 78% of air volume and is present in the air as nitrogen.
In the chemical industry, nitrogen is mainly used in the synthesis of ammonia, fiber, resin and rubber, etc. In the processing of food, nitrogen is also used as a food protection gas to keep fruits and snacks fresh and complete. In agriculture, we can also make chemical fertilizer to help plants provide the nutrients they need, so that plants grow strong.
Technological process flow:
1. Air compression and purification:
Air through the air filter to remove dust and mechanical impurities into the air compressor,Compress to desired pressure, then fed into an air cooler to lower the air temperature. Then enter the Air purification system to remove water, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other hydrocarbons in the air.
2. Air separation:
The purified air is divided into two ways: one way into the fractionating column, after cooling in the main heat exchanger into the bottom of the column; another way into the fractionating tower, after cooling in the main heat exchanger into the expander after expansion into the middle of the upper tower to participate in the upper tower rectification, to provide cooling capacity for the system.
The nitrogen content of the rising gas in the lower tower is increased by contact with the reflux liquid. The required reflux liquid nitrogen comes from the condensing evaporator at the top of the lower tower, where oxygen evaporates and nitrogen condenses.
3. Liquid nitrogen vaporization
The liquid nitrogen from the air separation tower is stored in the liquid nitrogen storage tank. The liquid nitrogen in the storage tank is heated into the vaporizer and sent into the product nitrogen pipeline.
Overall, nitrogen generation systems for cylinder filling provide a cost-effective, reliable and efficient solution to meet the nitrogen needs of various industries. By producing high-purity nitrogen on-site, these systems help improve safety, reduce costs and ensure product and process quality and integrity.
