In November 2023, the cryogenic air separation unit of Zhonghuan Electric was successfully commissioned, capable of providing 12,000 Nm3/h of high-purity pipeline nitrogen, while also producing 90,000 tons/year of liquid oxygen, 110,000 tons/year of liquid nitrogen, 4,000 tons/year of liquid argon, and 5,600 tons/year of high-purity oxygen as by-products. At the same time, it is equipped with a large 2,000 m3 liquid oxygen flat-bottom storage tank system and a 3,000 m3 liquid nitrogen flat-bottom storage tank system to ensure the supply of gases in the production area.

The Jiangxi Suzhong Resources VPSA Oxygen Production Project, which leverages Sinoscience Fullcryo Technology Co., LTD's proprietary Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, offers tailored gas supply solutions to meet customer-specific gas requirements. This comprehensive service encompasses project management, equipment installation and construction, as well as commissioning and operation. With an oxygen production capacity of 5560NM3/H and a product purity of 90%, the project stands out for its efficiency and reliability. The primary raw material is the smelting enriched oxygen supplied by Jiangxi Suzhong Resources Co., Ltd., ensuring a consistent and high-quality feedstock. The factory's products are then transported directly to the gas point via pipelines, streamlining the delivery process and enhancing operational efficiency. This project not only exemplifies technological innovation but also underscores the company's commitment to providing high-quality, customized gas solutions to its clients.
